Continued Competency

NOTICE:

All continued competency hours are to be submitted with the 2008 renewal application. If you have a question as to whether a program will count towards your hours requirement, please email the Board with the program title, sponsor, and brief description of the program objectives.

  (This form is to be used ONLY if you were not provided a certificate of completion for a specific program!)

• Continued Competency Opportunities:
  AOTA Approved Providers - Visit "Continuing Ed" on AOTA's web site for a list of programs approved by AOTA and the ND Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
