Purchase Licensee List
For a list of current licensees to notify of a continuing education opportunity, the Board requires a written request and $15 fee. You may submit a written request or complete the request form. Your request and fee payable can be mailed to NDBOTP, PO Box 4005, Bismarck, ND 58502. In your request, please indicate what the list will be used for, the order (alpha, ZIP, by city, country, or specify order), and the format (email, labels, or list) that you wish to have. For emails, the file will be sent in Excel. The Board cannot accept payment by credit card. Lists are processed within two weeks of the date the request is received.
