Request a Licensee List
For a list of current licensees to notify of a continuing education or employment opportunity, the Board requires a written request. You may submit a written request or complete the List Request Form. There is no fee for lists sent by email. For a paper list or labels, there is a charge of $0.25 per page. Please contact the Board office to find out the exact fee. All payments should be in the of check or money order payable to NDBOTP. In your request, please indicate what the list will be used for, the order (alpha, ZIP, by city, country, or specify order), and the format (email, labels, or list) that you wish to have. For emails, the file will be sent in pipe-delimited format as that is recommended by our tech people. However, it should open in Excel. In your request, please indicate if you need instructions how to convert the file. Lists are processed within two weeks of the date the request is received.
