OT Licensure Compact
ND Century Code 43-40.1 - Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact Effective 8/1/2025. However, it is not yet issuing licenses or accepting applications. Applicants and licensees cannot apply for the compact now but will be able to in the future.
2/2026 - The Board has received authority by ND law to perform Criminal History Checks through BCI. BCI is working with the FBI for final approval which may take a few months.
