4/15/2024 Online renewal is now active to renew your OT/OTA license. All licenses expire 6/30/2024!
If you renew or complete your renewal after June 1, 2024, you will have to pay the additional $100 late fee. If you do not renew by 6/30/2024, your license will expire and you cannot practice. A completed renewal is the online renewal form, fee, 20 hours of continuing education, and completion of the online jurisprudence exam.
If you cannot login to the online renewal, please email the Board office and we will make sure your information is correct. If you cannot renew online, please email the Board office for a renewal form.
